Chamomile Tincture

Chamomile is a herb that has various terpenoids and flavonoids, that give it antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti- fungal, antispasmodic (muscle spasms), sedative and other effects. Chamomile benefits the heath by soothing the body, relieving mild pain, fighting skin irritations, easing anxiety, improving sleep quality and fatigue, depression, reducing menstrual discomfort, may help with diabetes and lowering blood sugar, reducing or preventing osteoporosis, and helping with cancer therapy and prevention. 

Made in small batches. This liquid tincture is best taken in water or juice.
